Inclusion is built with purpose.

Truly inclusive workplaces don’t happen by accident. They are built with purpose — through intentional, informed, and compassionate action that allows disabled employees to thrive.

Navigating disability inclusion can feel challenging because there is no one-size-fits-all solution. We help you uncover the challenges specific to your disabled employees and leaders, and create working cultures where every team member feels valued, supported, and able to excel in their role.

Our services focus on three key areas:

1. Coaching for Disabled Employees

We offer a psychologically-safe, constructive and confidential space for your disabled staff to explore challenges, identify barriers, and develop practical solutions for success based on their own thinking.

2. Coaching for Inclusive Leadership

We help your leaders consider how they relate to disability, then build disability-informed management practices that strengthen working relationships and team dynamics.

3. Training for the Whole Organisation

Many organisations underestimate the impact of gaps in understanding that can inadvertently create exclusion.

Our training sessions provide practical insights and tools, helping staff recognise the role they play in building and maintaining accessible and inclusive workplaces.

The Business Benefits of Disability Inclusion

1. Reduced Employee Turnover:

By supporting disabled employees effectively, you can improve staff retention and reduce recruitment costs.

2. Increased Productivity:

When employees feel valued and supported, they bring their best selves to work, enhancing productivity and innovation.

3. Improved Workplace Culture:

Training and coaching help build empathy, understanding, and a stronger sense of belonging within teams.

4. Access to Untapped Talent:

Disabled people represent a significant talent pool with diverse skills, perspectives, and experiences that can drive creativity and problem-solving.

5. Enhance Brand Reputation:

As consumers increasingly prioritise socially responsible brands, demonstrating genuine inclusion can boost your organisation’s appeal to both customers and potential employees.

Our Approach to Coaching and Training:

1. We Believe in the Talent, Resourcefulness, and Wisdom of Disabled People:

We know that disability, neurodivergence, and chronic medical conditions can influence the way a person thinks and acts, and we celebrate this!

Our coaching provides a safe, confidential space for disabled employees to explore their unique strengths, build confidence, and develop practical strategies that align with both their personal goals and your business objectives.

2. A Non-Directive Coaching Approach:

Instead of offering advice, our coaching guides disabled employees and inclusive leaders to find their own answers. This approach builds confidence, self-belief, and practical strategies for success that endure beyond the close of the coaching package.

We work in both 1-1 and Group Coaching formats.

Group Coaching creates a safe, facilitated space where participants can share experiences, learn from one another, and explore solutions together. It’s particularly powerful for teams and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), because it builds connection, confidence, and collaboration.

Group coaching can also complement traditional training by supporting participants to embed new learning, turn ideas into action, and sustain change. When used this way, it bridges the gap between awareness and practice, ensuring inclusion initiatives become part of everyday behaviour.

3. We Design Trainings for Variety and Inclusion:

We understand that everyone learns differently, so we adapt our approach to meet the needs of your people and your organisation, and every session aims to be informative, interactive, and enjoyable.

Our training is based on the Social Model of Disability, our Disability Quadrant model, and up-to-date disability language and statistics. We use these to illuminate the breadth of disabled experiences because even when two people share the same diagnosis or condition, their needs and perspectives may differ. We give people the tools to understand this and respond to the individual in front of them.

We also collaborate with other disabled associates to create disability-informed training days and events. Together we illuminate disability from multiple perspectives and offer a variety of ways to up skill your workforce.
