Ready to talk?
Let’s schedule a time to meet.
Using our form below or emailing us is the best way to start. We’ll then schedule a free 20-minute Chemistry Chat, your try before you buy option. You will have the opportunity to talk about your needs, ask any questions, and finish with a short 10-minute coaching taster session. Then, you can let us know if you would like to work together.
For the chemistry chat, you will be talking to Michelle Scicluna. If you haven’t already, you can pop on over to the ABOUT page to find out why our founder started The Disability Force and a list of her coaching credentials and previous professional experience too.
Working Online:
This is the most popular way to work with us. We usually host via Zoom, but can use another platform if you prefer.
Working In-person:
We can work with you in Colchester, Ipswich, and Central London. We’re also happy to discuss further afield if you’d like to integrate our approach into a block booking over a defined time period.
Working via Telephone Coaching:
This option is ideal if you prefer not to use video. Telephone coaching has strong evidence for its effectiveness and has been used successfully by coaches long before video platforms became popular. The only limitation is that we won’t have access to body language cues, which can sometimes offer additional insight during the coaching process — but many clients still find this format highly effective and accessible.
