Build a business that works the way you do
Many disabled people start a business so they can work in ways that fit their skills, their energy and their needs.
Many build the solution they wish they’d had, because disabled people are excellent innovators and problem-solvers.
Whoever you are, and wherever you’re starting from, we meet you there first and without judgement. Then we help you design strategies that fit your business and the way you work best.
Does this sound familiar?
You have a business idea but aren’t sure where to start.
Employment no longer works for you, and you want to build a business that lets you succeed your way.
You’ve noticed a gap, based on your own lived experience, and want to bridge it with your business.
You’re building, scaling or pivoting, and the decisions feel complex or uncertain.
You’re running everything alone, and the isolation is real.
Your energy is finite, and admin eats into the work only you can do.
You’re new to AI, or already using it and ready to go further, while staying the human in your loop.
Advice is everywhere. Space to think is rare.
Mentors and advisers offer valuable guidance. Coaching adds something different: it helps you develop your own insight, solutions and actions, so the progress keeps going long after our work together ends.
Ways to work with us
Business and entrepreneur coaching (1:1): a dedicated space to start, manage or grow your business, through practical strategies that deliver your vision, at a pace that fits your energy.
Confident Decision Making for Disabled Entrepreneurs: a group coaching programme to strengthen your clarity, confidence and decision-making while you build, scale or pivot.
Accessible AI Adoption: Being Human In Your Loop: a group coaching programme that helps you adopt AI in ways that fit how you think and work best. Used this way, AI becomes personalised assistive technology, freeing up time for the work only you can do.
Why group coaching works for founders
Imagine a room full of mirrors. You see reflections of others alongside your own, but the work stays focused on you and your business. By bringing people together with shared lived experience, we spend less time navigating assumptions about disability, and more time on what matters most: building your business.
