Find your best path, on your own terms

We help you make clearer decisions about your career, and act on them with confidence, in ways that fit your energy and how you work best.

Whether your disability is new to you or something you’ve always known, you do your best and most sustainable work when you have what you need to do the job well, and strong working relationships. Yet many disabled people never feel able to tell their employer what they need, that gap has far more to do with trust than with any one person.

Why coaching, not advice?

Disabled people, and the people around them, rarely lack advice. What’s often missing is the space to bring it together with what matters to you: your values, your strengths and the direction you want to go. Advice hands you a map. Coaching helps you read it, and choose the path that’s right for you.

Coaching for the moments that shape your career

Does this sound familiar?

  • Something has changed, a diagnosis, a condition, a role, and what used to work doesn’t.

  • You’re not sure what to ask for, or how much to share about your health, with whom, and when.

  • Conversations with your manager feel harder than they should.

  • You’re coming back after time away, and want to come back well.

  • You’re wondering what comes next.

A space that’s yours

Your manager, HR and occupational health each have a role to play. What’s often missing is a space that belongs to you: confidential, outside your organisation, with someone who understands disability at work from the inside.

We focus on a constructive, person-led coaching process that helps you understand your circumstances, examine assumptions, consider possibilities and make better-informed decisions.

Prepare. Relate. Respond.

Timely coaching can make a meaningful difference, even where there is no immediate crisis. We offer that space at three points:

  • Prepare: before a new role, a return to work or an important conversation. You think it through in confidence, and leave with your own plan.

  • Relate: strong working relationships carry you through pressure and change. We help you build trust with your manager and team, so you can say what you need and be heard.

  • Respond: when a situation is live, we help you find a workable way forward, before it escalates.

Upstream is better, but wherever you’re starting from, we can meet you there.

What it can look like

If your disability has become newly significant at work. You’re still capable and committed, but questions emerge around identity, performance, expectations, what to share and adjustments. Coaching helps you understand your circumstances, say what you need and navigate conversations with your organisation.

If you’re returning after serious illness. You want to come back well, and you want the people around you to understand what that takes. Coaching helps you find a pace and a way of working that holds.

If you have a new manager. Strategies that worked for years suddenly don’t fit. Coaching helps you see what’s changed, decide what to ask for, and have that conversation with confidence.

How we help

1:1 coaching. A confidential space to think, decide and plan, at your pace. We don’t give you advice. We help you find answers that are genuinely yours, so they last.

Group coaching. Group coaching is like sharing a train journey. You board at different stations and you’re heading for different stops. Along the way, you catch your own reflection in the window, alongside everyone else’s. You share the journey, and the work stays focused on yours. Group coaching for careers is coming soon. Register your interest.

What changes after coaching

  • Clarity on your next steps

  • Confidence to have the conversations that matter, prepared and with a strategy in mind

  • A safe place to work out what to share, and what to keep to yourself

  • A way of working that fits you

What clients say
