Our coaching provides a safe, confidential space for disabled employees to explore their unique strengths, build confidence, and develop practical strategies that align with both their personal goals and your business objectives.

2. A Non-Directive Coaching Approach:

Instead of offering advice, our coaching guides disabled employees and inclusive leaders to find their own answers. This approach builds confidence, self-belief, and practical strategies for success that endure beyond the close of the coaching package. We work in 1-1 and Group Coaching formats.

3. We Design Trainings for Variety and Inclusion:

We understand that everyone learns differently, so we adapt our approach to meet the needs of your people and your organisation, and every session aims to be informative, interactive, and enjoyable.

Our training is based on the Social Model of Disability, our Disability Quadrant model, and up-to-date disability language and statistics. We use these to illuminate the breadth of disabled experiences — because even when two people share the same diagnosis or condition, their needs and perspectives may differ. We give people the tools to understand this respectfully and respond effectively.

We also collaborate with other disabled associates to create disability-informed training days and events. We work together to illuminate disability from multiple perspectives and offer a variety of ways to upskill your workforce.
